There is a saying in Telugu – ‘Vaana rakada pranam pokada theliyadu’ which means predicting rain and guessing the death is impossible.. so adding to this anticipating about the results of the Elections now-a-days is also impossible…
In Recent days Elections turned into a special issue than the older days. Every person in gully knows this time who is participating and who is not.. People seems to be vexed up with the manifestos those are being produced by the parties.. One party says that they will provide Color TV(which is of no use..) some party says Gas Stove.. God knows what not they won’t offer.. After few years we no need to flummox if any of the parties says that they will provide Laptops to the poor(what is the point if they don’t have enough food..) even they are short of electricity.. can they eat the laptop if they are hungry or can they defy to the bill they are going to get from the Electricity Station.. ?? No idea..
‘POOR’ people don’t know the darkside of the pronunciamento.. Parties are providing the TVs, Computers,.. but with whose money..?? later they are going to increase in the daily taxes.. who will bare these taxes..?? who will pay the maintainance expenses..?? – The People.. tax on thing is less to see.. but adding all those tiny little things for a day.. then to a month.. turns to be half of the salary / vage of a middle class person..
So.. here comes a small feeling of the election hangama.. 🙂
