At last after a gap of few days im posting a page for one my passions… – CRICKET
CRICKET – a lazy man’s game, an addiction, good for nothing, waste for everything, desolates everything..(as far as i concern – personal experience), most sexy and tempting lady, which devastates you physically and mentally, a game of 15 men (men’s cricket.. :P) in the ground.. ;).. and what not…
And which has three different formats..
Twenty-Twenty : 20 Overs per side
ODI : 50 Overs per side
Test Match : 5-day match(at max 450 overs)
Cricket is a religion of INDIA..(one of so many) cricket is this, cricket is that, blah blah.. who dont know abt all this.. every body knows.. in INDIA present babies cries crrrriiiiiiiiiiiii kk tttttt when they are in mothers’ womb itself.. huh so no need to edify anybody here about cricket..
present scenario is Indian team having their tour to NewZeland…
entered there with lot of confidence and lost their plot in the T20(in which our team is world champions..) with 0-2
– people says it was just a practice for the upcoming tour.. and motivates the team to do well afterwards… and as usually every body says its will take some time in order to get accustom with the environmental conditions blah blah.. what ever it wont matter for the stats and ranks.. so India lost to NZ in both the T20s.
Then comes the other format of the Game ODI – 50 over matches, where India completely out played NZ. Won a historic victory(series victory) 3-1(5 ODIs, 1 was washed out.. :|). Sehwag, Master Blaster Sachin, Dhoni, Raina… every body contributed from their side..
Now its time for the next format, the best format of cricket, Test matches started… First test first day was a mixture of crusts and troughs for both the team and ended with India as the upper hand.
Indian Won the toss and elected to field first. But it will be the same if NZ won the toss.. coz Dan (vettori) told dat he would opt for bat if he would have won the toss. And then started the first ‘drama’ session… 🙂 NZ struggled and lost their plot completely to the pernicious attack of Indian seam. The result was – NZ 60/6 made the smiles on Indian faces and the opposite on the NZ. After dat Vettori continued his captain innings with Jesse Ryder, the inform person for the NZ after their captain.. their rampage continued till two gem of a deliveries from Munaf Patel. Then after some tensions created by O’Brein to Ryder, who was afraid of not getting his maiden century, out after scoring his first century.
The Result – NZ bowled out for a total of 279 and India eneded up with 29/0 at the close of the day.. 🙂

Sehwag Vs O’Brein ?? – O’Brein after being hammered by Sehwag in ODIs, can he give come back in Tests..?? or will sehwag repeats the same carnage..??
Can Ganmbhir hit thru the gaps of strong filedsmen..??
will their best bowler, Kyle Mills come on the track..??
or can the veterans, bring the ever waiting NZ series to India..??!!!
Or can Daniel Vettori and Jessy Ryder do the damage with the ball too..
